Preferably, try to do this outdoors, barefoot.
You need a small area where you can walk in a line for 5β6 steps
Take 3 deep breaths (inhale, exhale thrice)
Take 5β6 steps in one direction.
Then turn slowly and take the 5β6 steps back to where you started
When walking, be aware of your breath and your body.
How does the floor/ground feel under your feet?
Is your body light or heavy today?
Do you slouch when you walk?
Is your back straight?
No need to change anythingβββjust observe your body as you move naturally.
