Preferably, try to do this outdoors, barefoot.
You need a small area where you can walk in a line for 5ā6 steps
Take 3 deep breaths (inhale, exhale thrice)
Take 5ā6 steps in one direction.
Then turn slowly and take the 5ā6 steps back to where you started
When walking, be aware of your breath and your body.
