Did you know that our posture has a powerful effect on how we feel and how others see us? How we hold ourselves affects our body chemistry.
When you want to boost your self-confidence when you feel a little low or before doing something important, strike one of these poses.
Super(wo)man
Stand with feet apart — wider than hip-width.
Stretch your arms out, clench your fists.
Draw yourself up to your full height by stretching your body.
Doing this can make you feel powerful and ready for anything.
Wonder Woman variation:
Stand tall, feet apart, hands on hips, and chin up.
It’s an instant change for the better!
