It is Monday, and we could all do with a mini-break to calm down and focus, right? Try this:
Spread one hand out like a star
With your index finger of the other hand, trace the outline of your βstarβ hand.
Take a deep breath as you move to the top of your thumb.
Breathe out as you move down between your thumb and first finger.
Take another deep breath as you move to the top of the first finger.
Breathe out as you move down between your first and second fingers.
Repeat until youβve taken five slow, deep breaths.
Switch hands and repeat, if you like.
