Sit straight in your chair, feet flat on the floor.
Close your eyes or just lower your gaze.
Breathe normally.
Focus on each in-breath and out-breath.
If your mind wanders, bring your attention back to your breath, gently, without judgment.
Soon, your mind will feel, like a still pond. (or maybe not?).
Whatever you feel, let yourself feel it.
Feeling annoyed? That’s okay too.
Just continue to breathe.
A minute later, open your eyes slowly. Look around.
You will feel better, calmer.
Repeat as often as you like.
