How to truly enjoy hugging meditation:
First, breathe in and out consciously and allow yourself to focus on the present moment.
Then, hug your child/partner/parent/friend and hold them close.
Breathe in, breathe out thrice, consciously. You will enjoy it better.
Conscious breathing unites the body and mind and awakens your appreciation of everything related to that moment.
So, open your arms, open your heart, and receive love.
